29 October 2026

Straight forward, simple and informative. (Unlike another BMW dealership that tried to offer me £3000 less for my trade in so sold it to yet another BMW dealership that offered me the price that I originally asked)

20 October 2026

This is the THIRD car I have purchased from Hedin Automotive. Dean and the rest of the team are great. There is a reason I always return when changing my cars. You always get the best deals but never, ever at the expense of quality service.

Excellent communication and a 5 star customer care from Alfie

22 October 2026

On drop off the individual who took the car in was unprofessional, needs to treat customers respectfully and keep them updated (heard nothing for four days). Different individual on pick up was great, I believe his name was Akram.

22 October 2026

Good customer service. Patient staff. Happy with service and resolution to car issue

19 October 2026

Booked onto the fast lane appointment, which said all works will be completed in 90 minutes. I dropped the car off at 9.45am and didnt get it back until 12.30, I didnt book a loan car as I thought it would be quick, but it wasn't.

19 October 2026

Polite and for once I was not forgotten

19 October 2026

Excellent customer service

18 October 2026

It was difficult to make contact with someone who knew when the car would be available for collection. The initial call has to be made to the office in Bromley who contact Woolwich who may or may not have an agent available to know what's happening.

18 October 2026

The staff were professional

18 October 2026

Prompt and professional. A thorough vehicle check is always performed. Very pleased overall.

10 October 2026

Good reliable service

08 October 2026

Quite expensive to repair. Recommend replacement rather than repair when it could be repaired, eg washer pump

02 October 2026

This is my observation but my car was not well cleaned as they used to clean it.

01 October 2026

They never checked the tyre pressure and when I got the car back I had to inflate 2 of the tyres and they were under the recommended pressure and the warning light came on

01 October 2026

Didn't properly diagnose the fault, said possibly NSR or NSF bearings, carried it to another garage who immediately identified it was the rear differential.. All the bearings on the car were fine, paid £198.00 for a full check??

01 October 2026

The advisor that attends to me was very good

30 September 2026

Great professional experience from the booking team to the thorough servicing itself. Great dealership.

30 September 2026

Usual brilliant welcome and efficiency at Service reception. Work done while I waited and a great clean!

27 September 2026

Call centre and approved dealer site quotes differ significantly.

26 September 2026

The centre do not return calls period. The service manager and the overall manager of the centre have not returned calls at all and delegate it entirely to junior staff. The quality of workmanship and inspection on vehicles is sub-par.

25 September 2026

The person who handled my booking at the office was very welcoming, understanding and respectful. What I was least impressed about was the technician who worked on my car disconnected my inbuilt camera and did not plug it back into the socket below

23 September 2026

Really great service, only issue is that I received health check video after I was told car was ready. The health check video said that spring pad is distorted and recommended this was replaced. I should of had this before picking up!

22 September 2026

Tyler was very friendly and easily approachable, centre was clean and tidy and everyone is friendly, wouldn't hesitate to book my car in again through hedin automotive at Woolwich

22 September 2026

Although i brought the car in for a free recall and left with a £1000 bill for additional things, i felt truly in control, everything was explained thoroughly and the car i drove out of there was completely different to the one i brought in. Super.

22 September 2026

Long wait cleaning not done to any reasonable standard Came for MOT but agreed to have Pre MOT maintenance check to ensure clean MOT success. Got Pass with defects (minor defect) Headlight lens slightly defective Nearside.Solution not given

16 September 2026

Price, otherwise the service was very good and the technician did very thorough job

15 September 2026

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I took my car to the centre for a wheel alignment and explained to the service adviser that the rear wheels also needed alignment. I showed him the alignment report previously completed by Kwik Fit

15 September 2026

Prompt and professional service.

15 September 2026

Alfie was helpful and detailed regarding my repair.

14 September 2026

08 September 2026

I received a total superior service and the car is driving very good

08 September 2026

Prompt service and good interaction throughout process.

07 September 2026

What is the point of online check in when it takes time but is completely repeated at drop off?

07 September 2026

Staff very friendly and helpful

06 September 2026

Well organised- didn't have to wait too long and had access to free coffee whilst I waited. Staff explained what the procedure was which helps. After the repair, my car was handed back after a valet and a detailed invoice and a service check.

06 September 2026

Nice welcome on reception and seen within a reasonable time

01 September 2026

Very good service, knowledgeable and helpful to take into account what I needed and what was optional.

01 September 2026

I was very disappointed with the service experience. I brought my car in for a routine service with no indicator fault, yet I was subsequently told a fault had developed while the vehicle was in BMW's possession.I was then charged over £400 to fix it

01 September 2026

As arranged several days previously, I had purchased a year old car and there were few issues with it, the sun shade on the back window needed replacing and also several stone chips on the bodywork needed to be touched up with paint. This took 5 hour

01 September 2026

Great speed

31 August 2026

You are efficient and well done job

24 August 2026

24 August 2026

Very professional

24 August 2026

£650 to find a fault it took a former BMW technician 5 minutes to find. Then quoted £500 plus on top of the diagnostics fee to fix it which involved replacing a belt under the alternator!

24 August 2026

Everyone was polite and professional and I was able to make my appointment for a MOT quickly.

21 August 2026

Very poor communication throughout. My car was kept for almost a week. I have issues with that but I was kept in the dark to what was happening.

21 August 2026

I called the service centre after picking up my car to ask if I could have the VHC report emailed to me as it wasn't given in person. I was told the advisor who I was dealing with will give me a call back but it's been a week and so far no call.

21 August 2026

I been use for long years and I'm still happy , very professional.

19 August 2026

Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff were informative. Felt very relaxed.

17 August 2026

Extremely poor communication from service team who promised to keep me informed about the progress on the safety recall but did not call me once. Tried to charge me for the courtesy car after I returned it but had not mentioned the charge at pick up

16 August 2026

All the staff were amazing and very helpful

16 August 2026

I was dealt with professionally and courteously at all times. My contact Ijah kept me fully updated on progress and dealt with my request for additional work very effficiently

16 August 2026

Because mistakenly they didn't call me and people after me ware called before me and I was waiting extra 50 min unnecessary and I missed my important meeting! It's really unprofessional and time wasting and after diagnostic they didn't properly check

15 August 2026

I paid over £600 for a major service on my car. However, upon returning home, i discovered the mileage was incorrectly recorded on the idrive update. I reached out to the centre twice for this to be rectified remotely but nothing has been done.

14 August 2026

I was expecting to spoken to about the findings of the engineer to find out if I would like it to be done because one of the findings was in line with why I brought the car in but the concentration was only on why I brought the car in.

14 August 2026

Very clear, efficient, effective

13 August 2026

Whilst the general service was good - I requested a vehicle valuation that I did not get

12 August 2026

Service was good, polite and honest.

11 August 2026

Too expensive

08 August 2026

The team were very helpful and smooth

08 August 2026

I always come because of your good service

08 August 2026

Hedin is the best place to look after your BMW and Mini. They've got able assistants and engineers diagnosing and making your good on the road and there's also easy access and would not swap Hedin Automotive for none other.

08 August 2026

Excellent service from a very articulate and smartly presented chap. Kept me informed of everything and made for a smooth and swift service experience. Very good indeed.

08 August 2026

Car is driving much better and smooth.

07 August 2026

I had booked an MOT and a bodywork estimate online. When I asked about it on collection of the car, I was told that I will receive it in the next few days. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't received anything.
