The reason for my answer is that we were able to get the car quickly without any issues. The dealership made the transaction as smooth as possible for us without any difficulties. They were also very patient with us.

Would have been 5 stars (and 9 or 10) but I dropped the car off at 8am and no one got in touch with me at all - I turned up at 4.30 to be told they were just starting - I had been told it would be ready at lunchtime probably.
