Well organised- didn't have to wait too long and had access to free coffee whilst I waited. Staff explained what the procedure was which helps. After the repair, my car was handed back after a valet and a detailed invoice and a service check.

I was very disappointed with the service experience. I brought my car in for a routine service with no indicator fault, yet I was subsequently told a fault had developed while the vehicle was in BMW's possession.I was then charged over £400 to fix it
