Car had SoS failure. Requested fix & comp. wash & vac. 8:30am dropped car told that I would get update 2pm to 3pm. 2:15pm - Work started. 3:30pm - Got update. 4:15pm - car ready -No wash & Vac - had to wait to be done. Fault came back within 24hrs

After a recall service the car pulled strongly to the right, making it dangerous to drive. After a second service the steering wheel had noticeable friction. It is now being serviced again (third time), meaning I was given an unsafe car twice.

My issue with Hedin relate to buying a Used Approved i3, not a service issue (in the sense of maintenance). The car was sold to me with defects and it took a lot of my time to get Hedin to acknowledge that fact and put the matter right.
